| Comments: Buyer did not complete transaction. Buyer does not communicate his wife does. Never heard from him thru entire process. Very difficult from beginning. Refused shipment with no inspection. Fedex lost package. refunded item cost anyway. doesn’t consider proper FFL transaction. Cannot be pleased. |

| Rebuttal: Yes I can be diffcult to deal with when I feel that I am being jerked around. All communication initiated by me, never able to reach by phone never returned calls. Was told to refuse delivery and money would be refunded, as of today still no refund. |
