| Comments: This individual bid on my large capacity Glock magazines knowing full well that he is not allowed to possess these items in CA. My auction clearly stated: BEFORE BIDDING: CHECK WITH YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN LAWFULLY POSSESS THESE MAGAZINES. |

| Rebuttal: The ad stated, "marked LE / Government / restricted, but now can be sold to anyone with no restictions. These magazines are not for sale in MASSACHUSETTS, except to Law Enforcement and Dealers. My mistake. I thought that ment I could get them since I was not in Mass. |
