| Comments: He outbid others, then after the auction closed, tried to place conditions on the sale, including a (50% before, 50% after deal on the money). When we had finally solved that, he just decided to cancel on us, deciding to buy a new one. |

| Rebuttal: I waited almost 5 business days for the seller to respond. My next step was to seek out another model.
The seller was somewhat unclear about the actual condition of the firearm; calling it new, but not new. As a result, I decided that it was not worth taking a chance on purchasing it. |
