| Rebuttal: Buyer was asked details concerning the damage, and a photo of the damaged part if possible. Buyer did not reply to my reasonable request. The item could have been damaged in transit. The piece was packed and shipped by a UPS store, fully insured. No request was received to initiate a claim. |
