| Comments: Never received, phone call from seller 4/10, item sent to wrong person requested return of package. Returned unopened 4/13, no acknowledgment. No response from seller to multiple emails including refund request until 5/4 "As far as I can see it was shipped" DO NOT TRUST, Will not deal with again. |

| Comments: Try to pay attention to what your customer actually buys, you should actually care about your customer and not the money. Some people actually need the items. I will never do anything with this seller again and I recommend that you watch them close.To busy to actually worry about the customer.Stupid |

| Rebuttal: It was an honest mistake on our part, YOU never asked for a replacement or refund. You just left vulgar messages about us being stupid. There was NO reason for the rude and vulgar comments you left us on our answering machine. |

| Comments: Seller should not sell items they dont have. No contact was ever made to this buyer they had sold the item. Until after i contacted them to send payment for an item i thought i had won. |

| Rebuttal: I explained that my ex employee told everyone that my items were not available any longer, and closed all my auctions. The least you could have done was contact me to see what the problem was, before leaving a negative feed back. |
