| Comments: COMMUNITAION OK, FAST PAY OK, LEAVING NEGATIVE AS I BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO KEEP BUYER AWARE DAILY THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE CHECK. POST OFFICE SCREW UP ON CERTIFIED MAIL, I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN A WEEK LATER. BUYER GAVE ME NEUTRAL FEEDBACK WHICH WAS NOT DESERVED. PO NEVER LEFT NOTICE AT DOOR. |

| Rebuttal: If seller leaves negative rateing for this netural rating, it tell me I should have left negative rateing for late shipping,if you buy at a low prize, be sure you have good records of your actions. |
