| Comments: sent money for scope quick but when he got the scope he called & said he wasn't happy with it, he sent it back promptly for a refund, the scope wasn't clear as it should be |

| Rebuttal: The Adjustable Objective for the scope was very stiff. Took to gun shop had it cleaned & lubed, but he showed me how inside of scope was foggy. I tried Redfield warranty, but they won't fix, under new ownership. So I sent back to Parker. Parker was good to work with. Thanks |
