| Comments: Seller called after purchase price had been delivered and said he had already sold gun. Did say he would include an extra $25 when he refunded the purchase price. Understand mistakes happen but it would have been nice to know before going to the trouble of getting an FFL and Fedx the funds. |

| Rebuttal: Mistake was made by us. Item was sold from the gun shop the same day he bought it on Auction Arms. We did not get it off the internet in time. We did Fedex buyers money and extra $25 for his trouble. |
