| Comments: HE WANTED TO PAY CASH TO ME PERSONALY. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE AUCTION RULES AND LOOK AT HIS INVOICE TO SEE ALL THE SELLING INFO. ANYWAY HE REFUSED THE FIREARM BECAUSE HE HAD TO PAY A FFL FEE AND SHIPPING FEE. |

| Rebuttal: Before bidding I wrote him an email to see if he was local. Being a few minutes up the road, I did not want to pay his shipping fee and a FFL fee. He knew I wanted to pickup before I bid. I assumed he had a shop where I could pickup in person, but he simply didnt want to do business in person. |
