| Rebuttal: I did not know that I had won this item. I was shipped out to the middle east the first of september and did not know. I do apologize to Helmeister. My Uncle Sam calls and I go. |

| Comments: After looking at the gun he filled out the nic check form 'and i used the computer to complete the check ' which was a delay respose . , i called back and asked him to let me know if he still wanted the gun or not; to please let me know one way or the other recieved no response |

| Rebuttal: I told Ken that I did not want this gun, before I left his home. The only reason that I did the ffl check was that I had driven to his home to pick up the gun, and figured what the heck. Ken's discription of the rifle was way off, maybe 70% at best. |
