| Comments: He said someone else used his computer without his consent and he did not intend on buying the gun. Whether or not this was true, it still cost me 34.00. I told him no harm no foul, but I have to post this to get a credit. |

| Rebuttal: Strange that seller should place this negative feedback after contacting seller and offering to pay seller's relisting fee and then seller saying no harm, no foul !!!!! Not fair by any means!!!!! |

| Comments: This buyer has been a night mare from the start. He said if I don't pay for his FFL $50. he will not buy the gun. Then he wanted to haggle with me after he made his bid. He sand me E mails in 3 deferent names to send the gun to. I Blockt him from biting on my auctions. NO MORE SALES TO CA. |

| Rebuttal: Refused to say where to send my FFL's permit to his FFL dealer. Wanted all sent to him personally without any guarantee of completeing transaction. Last time I will deal with an unlicensed person !!! |
