| Comments: Ended 3/15. Emailed 3/25. Said he put payment in mail 3/25. 9 days later no payment. We told him if payment not received in 2 days we would relist. Said he mailed it but was able to stop US Mail and have payment returned so we could relist. From his feedback looks like regular old song & dance. |

| Rebuttal: You should have told me you would except money I sent cfa money and it was lte and they returned money. So I figred you would do the same. So this is as much your fault as mine. |

| Comments: Customer was sent winning bid email on 1/5/15. Customer was sent payment reminders to GA acct and email on 1/15 & 1/19. Had no choice but to relist with negative for relist credit. |
