| Rebuttal: THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS DELAYED TRANSFER OF PAPERWORK, HOWEVER MONEY AND FFL WERE RECEIVED BY "03 COLLECTOR". ADDITIONALLY, OFFER WAS MADE TO PAY HER FOR THE INCOVENIENCE. SELLER WAS INFLEXIBLE AND UNWILLLING TO SETTLE MATTER AMICABLY. |

| Rebuttal: Initial E-mails were exchanged between the seller and buyer. Subsequent e-mails and phone calls were attempted by the buyer for 3 weeks after the auction without response. Seller bears responsibility for the breakdown of this transaction. |
