| Comments: I am in a position similar to "cookies" with respect to this seller. He indeed seems to have disappeared after telling me he received my check. As of the last business day, however, he still did not cash my check. I will post a followup if I get my merchandise and a suitable explanation. |

| Comments: This guy seems to have diappeared. His email address is invalid and I can't seem to contact him. He bid on an item and has not made payment. He did contact me once but has made no effort to do so since. |

| Comments: At this point I am very upset. Not only haven't I received what I ordered but he won't answer any e-mails( 3 to be exact). I will happily retract this if I and every other person that bid on his "dutch" auction gets their stuff. This guy even asked me to post positive feedback for him. I guess I got burned for $36.00 but don't you do the same. |
