| Rebuttal: I sent check that never go cashed and then asked you to confirm address so I could send another. I do not know how much more of an effort you wanted. A little paitence on your part would have been appreciated. Keep it I will find another. |

| Rebuttal: I was the one who finally called you a month after I mailed you payment and our FFL We never recieved a phone call e-mail. I know we are hard to find since we are in the yellow pages and have a web site for the store. Total lies do not trust these people |

| Comments: Dealer refused to sell Remington after auction closed,stateing he tried to contact Auction Arms and change it,I e-mailed him twice and told him how to close early and relist,he ignored and let the bidding continue until the auction closed,then failed to honor sale.I rate a Negative 10 |

| Rebuttal: First I would like to thank all the people that I contacted about this auction all understood except for this guy. There was a mistake and instead of $2000.00 reserve it listed as .99 I could not end because of a bid posted. My positives speak for themselves. heyokey GET OVER YOURSELF mr perfect not |
