| Comments: Shipped gun 9/24 sent buyer tracking #,called 8 days later requesting ship addresss shipped to C&R Address 9 days after shippment he opened package called said it looks good but it did not fit his hand so he was sending it back.I said I would not accept it,he shipped it.received it with broken grips |

| Rebuttal: Inspection period starts the day the FFL receives it not the post office.The auction rules speak for themselves. You fought me from the beginning on returning the pistol, you couldn't win the argument about the 3day rule so in an act of desperation to hold onto my money you damaged the gun. |
