| Rebuttal: We sent 8 (eight) emails to this bidder (proof of each one - 4 through auction arms). We received no telephone call as he states. When we telephoned him after giving him two full weeks to respond to our emails; he called us liars, cussed and hung-up. |

| Comments: Ad did not state brass was a mixed bag of headstamps. They furnished odd pieces and different caliber than described, as well as foreign manufacture brass. A TOTAL SCREWUP ON THEIR PART AND CERTAINLY NOT AN ACCIDENT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PASSING ON THIS SCREWED-UP OUTFIT |

| Rebuttal: We had computer problems and emailed each and every buyer as quickly as we could. With only 15 feedbacks for him and our record of 400+, you decide who jumped the "gun"! Of all our buyers we were unable to contact, he's the only one to be so hasty in judgement. |

| Comments: I found this individual to be extremely rude. I won auction and he later tried to increase price by charging and extraordinary price for handling. I would not reccomend dealing with this individual. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer was notified in very first winning bid letter of travel schedule, quote from letter he was sent "If you are a member of PAYPAL, your item can be shipped as soon as travel schedule permits". Our records show the item shipped as requested and paid for. |

| Comments: Won a item on May 8th and sent money order immediately for item. He comfirmed receipt of payment, But I have not received shipment of merchandise and it is now June 14th. |

| Rebuttal: Item was shipped to buyer book rate with no insurance as he requested, I have never heard from him since 6/14. . Out of 100's of trasactions this is the only one I know of that took longer to arrive. randyp |

| Comments: Accused me of running up bid and backing out. I emailed him up front on his little screwdriver set and said I had goofed, but would appreciate it if he would let me out and give to next bidder {$1.00 less} there were several on at the same time and I had forgotten my PROXY bid on this one. HE IGNORED MY EMAIL AND RAN STRAIGHT FOR THE NEGATIVE SECTION!! WHAT CAN I SAY. I GUESS THIS IS THE WAY HE DOES BUSINESS. |
