| Rebuttal: I INFORMED HIM THAT THE INTERNET TECH. THAT WAS INSTALLING ROADRUNNER ON MY COMPUTER UNPLUGGED IT DURING THE PROCESS AND IT WOULDN'T REBOOT. HE TOOK MY COMPUTOR TO GET IT FIXED (THEIR EXP.). WHEN I GOT IT BACK. ALL OF MY FILES WERE LOST . THIS THE REASON WHY IT TOOK SO LONG. |
