| Rebuttal: Payed him with USPO money order immediately. He took a week to acknowledge it. He never gave definitive shipping info after repeated emails. Finally gun not what was described. Dealing with this loser is my worst nightmare. |

| Rebuttal: Before bidding I asked whether the stock had been refinished. Sam said"he thought it wasnt". After I won,he then admitted to me "it was refinished". Rather than going thru the hassle of shipping and then returning it,I prefered not to buy it. He agreed and we ended it agreeably. |
