| Comments: Never received payment, he indicated he sent and it was returned, never had any problem with address ever, so I can only assume he didn't send payment for #5099402. I will block him from bidding on my auctions. Bill |

| Rebuttal: SELLER WOULD NOT PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS. ENVELOPE AND MONEY ORDER ARE DATED WITHIN THE 3 DAYS PROMISED AND WERE RETURNED 15 DAYS LATER UNDELIVERABLE. I HAVE COPIES THAT I WILL GLADLY SEND OUT UPON REQUEST. |
