| Comments: Gun listed as "in excellant condition". Gun had 1 large chunk out of the stock and 1 small knick. It also had numerous scratches and dings in both the stock and metal. There is major bluing wear on the floorplate. Seller offered to refund bid price but not shipping or my FFL fees $102 total. |

| Rebuttal: If there was such a large chunk taken out of the stock it would've been visible in the pics. I fulfilled all that was required by the Auction Arms TOS to remedy the situation by offering a full refund. As you can see by my feedback, all my sold guns are as described if not nicer. |
