| Rebuttal: Seller ducked phone calls and did not return email for a week. When you take folks money for product you have a responsibility to communicate, so when you don't you get negative feedback. |

| Rebuttal: The item had far more blemishes than the pictures showed. The gun was pictured at weird angles to hide the blemishes. I returned the gun the same day that we received it. |
