Comments: not very friendly people tryed to get general info, people were very short with me. Then they could not find my dealers FFL even though he had just recently bought weapons from them. Then when new FFL was sent, still took week and a half to get weapon, making it well over half a month before I got weapon. THEN ON TOP OF THAT IT WAS RUSTED! EVER HEARD OF OIL! Definetly not what the pic looked like. VERY disappointing dealing with this group. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AGIAN.

Comments: I placed a bid on an item and received an email back from Circledpawn that I was high bidder on the item. I spoke with Yanna there and made credit card payment. Iwas told to send them a copy of FFL,which I did. When I contacted them about shipping they said they made a mistake and that the bid was not high enough. I sent them a lettter later, after verifying that the email conformation came from them, and I believed they should sell me the item. I also mentioned I might seek legal action. I have yet to hear from them, and have noticed the item is no longer in auction. I am a business owner myself and believe this is no way to run a business. I believe they are ignoring me hoping I will go away.I have purchased several items through this service with good results. I would suggest you look into this,as right now you have one very unsatisfied customer. Thank you,Paul Johnson

Rebuttal: Buyer contacted Us at the end of the auction, stating he was the high bidder. He in fact was the high bidder, but his bid did Not meet the reserve.

Comments: sent 3 email's, c-pawn did not pespond. I was not going to make a long distant call. this action caused me to stop bidding on a shotgun. . with so many good comments on c-pawn, why was I left out of the loop?

Comments: Since I picked the pistol up personally and didn't have to pay shipping seller stuck me with taxes. Internet purchases are not taxable so he got more than agreed bid. Will inquire before purchasing from again.

Rebuttal: The only people we are not required to charge sales tax to are those who have a Federal Firearms License and a Tax Exempt form. The State of Oklahoma requires sales tax to be collected for any purchase paid for over the counter at our location. When Purchaser arrived at our location to purchase this firearm, he left us no option but to obey the law and charge sales tax. We infact did recieve only the amount bid, the sales tax of course is not our profit.

Comments: doesn't seem to tell all the truth about his guns . sold gun to me with carving on gripes ,but doesn't bother to tell about it in description . or does he show the carvings in his picture of the gun ,no he shows the good side of the gun instead of showing the carved up gripe !! he also doesn't bother to tell me he has another gripe that he could have traded with me . even after I email him and ask him what he is going to do about the bad gripe .

Comments: Buyers, just because they say it's new, doesn't mean it's "new"! I bid on a baby desert eagle 9mm that was listed as Factory New, but the seller had a "used" comment in the description. I emailed them and was told that the gun was, in fact, new. After bidding, I wondered if the 16 rnd clip was just a plus. Since the gun was "new" I was certain the original clip was with it, but wanted to be sure. They emailed me back telling me that they didn't have the original clip. Immediately, my antennas went up! Once again, I contacted them and asked why a new gun didn't have its original clip, and did they have the paperwork and box (I threw in the box question because of a feedback that stated these guys were shipping guns in sandwich bags). The response...box only. Since they took so long to respond to my inquiries, I didn't find all this out until AFTER I'd won the bid. Finally, I called them and spoke with someone who told me that the manager had told him to list the gun as new. He then said, "In my opinion, it's used." He said there were scratches on the trigger guard as well as the original paperwork and clip missing. He said, "I was just following the managers orders. We probably shouldn't have listed it as new". I'd call that a blatant case of misrepresentation. On a good note, perhaps the only one, he told me I didn't have to buy it.....................

Comments: Had business with this guys multiple times. BEWARE!!!! My first purchased item in " excellent" shape was no better than 90% NRA. My last purchase was rated in "excellent" conditions, came with broken hammer pin. This guys were never good in communication ( normally it takes two to three days get an answer), never stand behind the item they sold, never been honest to deal to solve the problem. ALL YOU ARE BUYING FROM THEM YOU ARE BUYING AT YOUR OWN RISK! It could be good, it could be terrible. No respect!

Rebuttal: In all of our ads, it is Clearly stated that we do Not refund repair, shipping, or dealer charges. It is said that his gun was stated in excellent shape, which is anything over 80% finish,

Comments: BEWARE: Be sure to get a PICTURE up front on any item being sold as being in EXCELLENT condition! After waiting an excessive amount of time, due to their problems of "processing my payment", when the item finally did arrive (in a plastic sandwhich bag) it was in filthy condition. No effort was made to even merely wipe the unit down from dust and grime that had accumulated from who-knows-how-long the gun sat on some back shelf. The gun was in terrible condition and poorly maintained.... I won't buy from them again...
