Comments: Very fast turnaround, however, description was not all together accurate. Purchased a S&W M&P (PRE MODEL 10) in excellent condition. Upon removing grips, I found severe rusting and pitting. Apparently someone couldn't get the sideplate screw out so attempted to drill it out with a 1/8" drill bit. When that didn't work, they tried prying the sideplate off at the hammer and trigger leaving pry marks in the frame. The S&W emblem on the sideplate is not very deep and would suggest refinishing. Cylinder does not lock up but may just need an internal cleaning if I can get the sideplate off. I have not asked for a refund as I keep what I buy. Therefore I am not faulting their refund policy. My neutral comment is based on what I consider to be a less than complete description. Since we can't pick up the gun and look it over closely, I feel it is the Sellers responsibility to over describe condition. My suggestion would be to make sure you ask specific condition questions before bidding.

Comments: Easy to reach and very responsive to email. Travis communicated well, and made me feel like he was giving me "personal" attention. The transaction itself went well. The neutral rating is for very poor shipping. My gun was recieved with no packing material, and was consequently damaged in transit. If you make a purchase from this seller, I would definatly confirm proper packing for shipment. Overall, I probaby would buy from this seller again, but with some caution.

Comments: I won the auction for a little Rossi - Communication between Travis and I was ok. I was out of town when it was to have shipped so I wasn't in a big hurry to get it - good thing! Due to an internal problem, the Rossi didn't ship and was forgotten but when I spoke to Travis about it, he did take care of it and threw in a box. All in all, it took about 3 weeks for me to get it after I gave him my CC #. I can't say I was extremely pleased (due to the hold up), but I will do business with them again. The Rossi was as described, in excellent shape and Travis was very apologetic and sincere.

Comments: Regarding my previous negative feedback, I would like to amend it to "neutral." The revolver I got from Circle D was easily repaired, so I don't feel I'm out anything. They shouldn't have listed a non-working gun as being in "Good" condition, however.

Comments: Placed winning bid on what I thought was a Remington Rand frame 1911 with an Essex slide (like the sellers description stated)....When the pistol arrived it was a Essex frame with a Remington Rand slide..I contacted the seller and they advised that they would refund my money including shipping both ways if I didn't want the pistol...Planned on shipping pistol back, but found use for it...Would probably do business with them again - However they need to better proof read their descriptions prior to submission.

Comments: won bid on "nearly new" 744 Dan Wesson, but upon receipt it had a broken extractor and two dented exit holes. In agreement with seller, gun was sent to DW factory for repair estimates, but wanted too much to fix it. Dale refunded original monies back, but did not split shipping or factory inspection fees.
