| Comments: This rifle has been around at least twice before at auction. The seller does not seem to want to sell it he seems to want to farm the price. Each time it has been to the auction he takes one or two bids and when nobody meets his Reserve bid he lets it close and within an hour starts it again. I am not the only one to complain about this look at his history. Also there is a 45LC model 92 for auction by the same vendor. It is interesting to note that he has used the same picture for both guns. Which is the true 44-40 or the 45LC. It would appear that he is trying to may be not show the correct gun. This is also a complaint from another buyer the did not get what he was shown. This gun retails for $225.00. I would not buy from this person. |

| Comments: "I am very disappointed with the S&W Model 15, K-38 Masterpiece Item Number 5279174718.0 that I bid from this dealer. It certainly does not appear to be the same gun that was pictured which was rated as NRA "Excellent".The gun that I received appeared to have been carried by law enforcement for the last thirty years with 60% blue and damaged stocks. In response to my e-mail, I received a HUFFY note quoting NRA grading criteria. Using that,the gun could have been no better than NRA(Fine)accoring to this criteria the dealer sent me. I believe that the dealer violated item 5 and 6 of the NRA Code Of Ethics in this matter. The term that comes to mind is, "BAIT AND SWITCH". I and others bid too much for this gun." |

| Rebuttal: This customer waited more than a week before contacting me. I offered to exchange the scope if it was defective he said no. I finally agreed to refund his money. It was another week before the scope came in. And sure enough there was nothing at all wrong with it. His money was refunded except for shipping charges which he demanded and I refused to send. Watch out for this kind of buyer who wants to buy "on approval". |

| Comments: I purchased 2 loaders from him, 270 win and 22-250, the 270 win is fine but the 22-250 is garbage. He stated in his add, in his corespondence, that there was only 1 missing part, the decapper. When I received the loaders today the 270 loader is fine. The 22-250 loader is missing the priming rod, the decapper, the priming chamber, bullet seater, and most importantly the instructions are missing. As is the 22-250 loader is garbage. | Comments: Jules is flakey. He is spotty in responding to correspondence and sometimes rude (Even when you are wondering 'where the hell is the gun I paid for). I finally got my gun, but after going through the time trouble and expense of sending certified funds, he didn't ship the gun for almost TWO WEEKS after HE RECIEVED PAYMENT. He made lame excuses and did NOTHING to remedy the loss I had. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THAT FLAKE JULES SACKS AGAIN! |

| Comments: I made a bid on one of his guns and was high bidder,but reserve was not met. I emailed him to see what reserve was and he refused to tell me but relisted gun $5.00 more than i had bid the same day. Will not bid on any more of his guns again. |

| Comments: I Emailed Julescody over a week ago asking questions pertaining a gun he had listed . I recieved no response I later bid more than twice the amount than was bid at the time making me high bidder,for 4 days...when auction closed he didn't contact me with his reserve amount to see if I would be willing to pay it!!
