Buyer: bones102 (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 03/06/2004 at 21:31:04
Auction: 5316019
Comments: will not be my first choice for speed, but he did finally deliver a quality piece

Buyer: radekaster (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 09/22/2003 at 14:07:02
Auction: 4829656
Comments: Item received was exactly as advertised! However, although I'm sure Mr. Sacks is a fine gentleman and a good businessman, his poor communication (long delays in email response) and poor record keeping (could not produce tracking number or ship date) make for a frustrating transaction.

Buyer: EdHoffer (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 09/10/2003 at 11:34:35
Auction: 4817465
Comments: I got what I paid for, they are slow. The item appeared to be a re-sent (new mailing label) item he received from Century Arms. The box arrived in horrid shape, luckily the rifle was not damaged. If you have a C&R check the major vendors first.

Buyer: hyden-go-seek (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 06/03/2003 at 08:40:27
Auction: 4325562
Comments: Sorry Jules, your service and communications were top-notch, but the gun was a bit to rusty for "fine". It's a keeper, just have to switch to plan "B". Will buy from you again.

Buyer: coxch1 (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 11/28/2001 at 08:19:55
Auction: 1907103
Comments: Jules was very prompt about shipping and I had no problems with responsiveness, but weapon was listed as NRA very good and I found it to be NRA poor to fair. Jules did in fact refund my money. Seller less knowledgable about these than I assumed.
Rebuttal left by: JULESCODY When: 11/30/2001 at 19:34:47
Rebuttal: This buyer was right if we were grading to NRA guidelines but this and other auction networks use NRA ANTIQUE guidelines which are different. As always, we guarantee satisfaction or money refunded.

Buyer: rescobedo1 (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 11/13/2001 at 18:33:41
Auction: 1898661
Comments: The only reason this feedback is neutral instead of negative is the rifle looks better that I expected. I believe that he is juggling too many things at once. Poor communication skills, poor filing & bookkeeping, poor attitude.

Buyer: native son (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 10/20/2001 at 17:48:39
Auction: 1801804
Comments: Recieved rifle in timely manner but it would not function properly and had to be returned to factory for repairs.Very dissappointing to purchase a new rifle and have to return it immediately.

Comments: E MAiled this gent with a few questions. No response! Should have checked his feedback I guess!Looks like another one of those guys who wastes everyone's time with his "Infamous Reserve Price" auctions. So,exactly what is wrong with posting your item at a REASONABLY FAIR price to begin with?

Poster: Senior Chief (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 09/01/2000 at 23:50:50
Auction: 665097
Comments: Jules has put this in now four times in August and no one but me has bid on it. Springfield Sporters, Inc in Shotgun News was offering this rifle for $75 last month. Is the reserve too high? Does Jules want to deal.

Rebuttal: IF SENIOR CHIEF CAN GET IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE, WHY DOESN'T HE DO SO?

Poster: jobe (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 08/02/2000 at 18:38:05
Auction: 535358
Comments: I bid and won on a Liberty .45 revolver. He was unable to aquire the Liberty and said he would send a Uberti model instead. The gun I received is not a Urberti gun. The gun is good quality and in perfect shape so I am keeping the gun and am happy.

Auction: 1315113159
Comments: I WAS HIGH BIDDER ON ITEM # 1315113159. I EMAILED HIM ON THE SAME DAY THE AUCTION CLOSED, AND NOW THREE DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM HIM. SO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE DEAL IS VOID AND I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM. GRANTED MAYBE HE WAS OUT OF TOWN OR BUSY, BUT I FEEL IF I CAN TAKE THE TIME TO RESPOND TO HIM, HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME
Rebuttal left by: JULESCODY When: 02/22/2000 at 19:40:09
Rebuttal: Anybody who wants to buy a gun from me at the reserve price is welcome to do so. I refuse to chase people who expect me to loose money on a sale.

Poster: HardeevilleGunsmith (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 11/05/1999 at 10:44:55
Comments: Wondering why he won't respond to my emails? He was sent 110.00 m/o by express priority mail. I have heard nothing , and I have emailed him 4-5 times A simple reply would be nice

Comments: This is the second item we have gotten from Jules. Just as the first item - this one was AS DESCRIBED!!! Unfortunately, Jules let us down with shipping this time. Took 2 weeks after he received our Bank Cashier's check and two emails for him to ship our item. We all get behind at times - and I'd deal with Jules again. I'm learning to be patient.

Comments: The problem that I had with julescody@aol.com has been resolved satisfactorly. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. lanejoh@aol.com

Poster: engr (User Rating) Rating: Neutral When: 08/11/1999 at 22:09:44
Comments: VZ 24 in poor shape, stock beat up, the crest removed, muzzle was counter bored, and the bolt fully closes on the no-go headspace tool (w/o extractor). The rifle was described as a "collector", but it was far from it. You'd do better to purchase one from commercial dealer. Buyers beware that you E-mail all questions before bidding.
