| Comments: We both agreed not to complete the transaction due to some misunderstandings and the fees associated with shipping and FFL transfers. Not worth it to winning bidder. Good person and very much understanding of my efforts and theirs. Thanks for your kind gesture, maybe next time...! |

| Rebuttal: Unsure why seller changed his feedback from Positive to Neutral. Good communication throughout. Seller was paid 20% of invoice as a "restocking fee" even though he could never validate either the caliber nor the manufacture date. We both decided it wasn't worth either the effort or cost to continue. |
