| Rebuttal: Auction was for a pistol with 2 mags, received with no mags, seller was contacted and he refused to comply.Provided him permit to purchase hi-capacity mags. He hold mags until I sent payment for guns I purchased from him afterwords. If he don't accept pers. checks, then why he rush to deposit them |

| Comments: This gun rates at least two grades (in some areas like the magazine and bore, three grades) BELOW what he stated. Almost NONE of his comments about this gun were accurate and his picture angles and lighting very skillfully omit all defects. "No returns" so do not trust this seller! |

| Rebuttal: One should keep in mind that this is a 100 years old gun & was exactly as described. There was no skilled photography done. Pictures on bidding shows the gun's condition well. The guns mechanism was fine to its age.There is no way you can expect BRAND NEW FACTORY POLISHED FROM OLD C&R FIREARM. |
