| Comments: Auction closed Jan 20th. Sent customer winning bidder email Jan 20th-no reply. Sent payment reminder emails Jan 31st, Feb 8th and Feb 10th-still no reply. No choice but to relist with negative for relist credit. |

| Rebuttal: All appologies the email address listed with auction arms is an old one that i no longer check or use. So i was unaware of the win and non payment issue. I have and hope to continue to business with both auction arms and CAF sales as i find the best firearms for my budget at both. Matthew |
