| Comments: VERY restrictive terms. Demands payment and FFL within 5 days of auctions close, (counting weekends and holidays)or gun goes to someone else. Perhaps someone who offered him more money than my winning bid. Did get gun for winning bid price and was in the condition described , or better. |

| Rebuttal: You be the judge. Wins auction on 12-21 and does not want to mail payment until AFTER Jan 1st. Second highest bidder contacted me after TJS attempted to manipulate terms of sale after close of auction. Manny said TJS violated terms of auction and I was not obligated to him. |
